"I am very pleased with the Clearlight procedure. Initially, I was a little skeptical due to my darker skin tone, but it really works. Before the procedure, my skin was very oily and had a lot of small bumps in the T-zone and on my cheeks. Just after 2 treatments, theses areas cleared up significantly. "I came to Dr. DiBernardo just planning to have a CO2 Laser resurfacing on my face. I had no idea that part of his prep for this surgery is approximately 6-7 weeks of Obagi pre-treatment. I was put on the moderate/aggressive program. My face was covered with freckles, sun & age spots and smokers lines along my lips, not to mention your basic crows feet and fine lines. It was uncomfortable during weeks 1 and 2, but I was noticing that brown spots were disappearing. When I washed my face in the morning I was looking forward to seeing what my face was going to look like. By week 5 the dryness wasn't as bad - neither was the peeling, and my face was the clearest I can ever remember it being. Even the lines from smoking had receded. I am truly amazed at this stuff; I am planning to stay on a maintenance program after my laser surgery. It's well worth it - definitely the best money I've ever spent on skincare. I have been going to Dr. DiBernardo for 5 years. I went to my 60th class reunion in June of this year and people could not believe how young I looked, compared to them. They asked me if I had jumped into the Fountain of Youth. In July I went to my cousin's baby shower and people thought that I was 68 years of age. I told them on November 24, 2008 I will be celebrating my "78th" birthday, they couldn't believe it. If you do what Dr DiBernardo tells you, you too can look 10 years younger without a doubt.
