Titan is a safe, infrared light source that will heat the skin below the surface. This process of heating may cause immediate collagen contraction. During the procedure the skin's surface will be protected through the continuous cooling using the Titan handpiece. HOW TITAN WORKS:
The infrared light travels through to deeper layers of skin causing the tightening of the collagen architecture. The heat is applied deep within the skin so some swelling and redness may occur. A single procedure may take a half hour.
Results may be seen over time however full benefits will not be observed for at least three to six months. The waiting period is the most arduous part of the procedure, because it is not immediate.
