Dr. Maria Del Vecchio’s Innovative medical practice combines traditional medicine, anti-aging/wellness/preventive care, and appearance enhancing aesthetic procedures. In addition to her noninvasive aesthetic practice, she has been a practicing Internal Medicine physician for over 27 years.
Dr. Del Vecchio graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey and then completed an aesthetics fellowship certification program in multiple modalities, Including Botox®, facial fillers, laser and sclerotherapy. She is also fellowship trained in functional medicine, with the emphasis on disease prevention/treatment and weight management. Dr. Del Vecchio is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, a masters degree candidate in Metabolic and Nutritional medicine, is certified in First Line Therapy, for the nutritional treatment of CardioMetabolic Syndrome, an Associate of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and a clinical trainer for Cutera®, (laser company). She is actively involved in clinical research at NJPS.

Dr. Del Vecchio performs a wide range of Individually customized laser and light therapy treatments, including YAG and IPL for laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, the treatment of spider veins, wrinkle reduction, nail fungus, as well as reduction of age spots, rosacea, and acne. She is an advanced practitioner in Ulthera, a skin tightening and lifting procedure, and is one of the most experienced users in the tri-state area! Dr. Del Vecchio also specializes in the treatment of individuals with weight problems who have been unable to achieve their goals through diet and exercise alone. Based on the results of a thorough evaluation, which incorporates initial metabolic and hormone deficiency testing, she designs individualized medical weight management programs and personally monitors her patients along the way. Zeltiq technology is utilized, which targets and eliminates fat cells and fatty tissue deposits to improve the contours of the body.
